A hot spring is a natural body of water in which Sims can relax. It is available in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage and The Sims 4: Snowy Escape.

The Ancient Soakalicious Spring is a hot spring included in all three vacation destinations in The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. Up to eight Sims child and older can use the hot spring at a time, and they will change into their swimsuit before entering. Sims will socialize with each other while in the hot spring. Using the hot springs while on vacation will fulfill a vacation memento.

Sims who are pregnant cannot use the hot spring.

Hot springs have a comfort rating of 6, a fun rating of 7, and an environment rating of 10.

The Sims 4: Snowy Escape

The Sims 4: Snowy Escape includes two hot springs that will help Sims stay warm in the cold climate of Mt. Komorebi. One appears more natural, and the other is a man-made hot spring bath. It is expected that Sims bathe or shower before climbing into a hot spring, otherwise they will make it become dirtier faster. Proper Sims refuse to climb into a hot spring before bathing first. Sims are also able to WooHoo in hot springs, and (like The Sims 2) pregnant Sims are not able to use them.
