B. Vernon Castor is a deceased Sim who lived in [[Twinbrook]] during his life. Even though he had the [[Handy]] [[trait]], he died of electrocution. He never completed his lifetime wish, and is buried next to [[Burton's Boxcar Diner]], under the barrier rail. He might, or might not, be a relative of the [[Castor family]].
