B. Vernon Castor is a deceased Sim who lived in Twinbrook during his life. However, he has the Handy trait but died of Electrocution which cannot happen to a handy sim. He never completed his lifetime wish, and is buried next to Burton's Boxcar Diner, under the barrier rail. Even though he has the same last name of the Castor family, yet he is not related to them in their family trees. Like every deceased Sim of Twinbrook, he has pale green skin, gray hair and barefoot.
