B. Vernon Castor is a deceased Sim who lived in Twinbrook during his life. However, he has the Handy trait but died of Electrocution which cannot happen to a handy sim. He never completed his lifetime wish, and is buried next to Burton's Boxcar Diner, under the barrier rail.
