The Prime Heifer is a major god in SimNation. First appearing in The Sims 2 for Nintendo DS, he has the appearance of a cow. He is worshiped by Ava Cadavra, who later tricks Ara Fusilli, Auda Sherif, and Sancho Paco Panza into worshiping him as well.

The Prime Heifer has the player's Sim create a shrine for him in the Hotel's basement. He later has the player's Sim find a mystic cowbell for his statue in the shrine, and tries to bring the Prime Heifer into the physical world to bring peace and prosperity to the Strangetown citizens, who he believes are self-absorbed. However, Horus Menhoset IX contacts the player's Sim, and says that the Prime Heifer is evil and that Ava must be stopped. The player's Sim then finds a branding iron and destroys the Prime Heifer's statue, which stops his invitation into the physical world. It is unknown if he is worshiped by all, or most, of SimNation.
