'''Bill Racket''' is a pre-made [[Sim]] from [[Twinbrook]] featured in ''[[The Sims 3: Ambitions]]''. He is an [[adult]] who is 9 days away from becoming an [[elder]]. He lives with his large family, consisting of his parents, [[Max Racket|Max]] and [[Marigold Racket|Marigold]], his brother [[Dennis Racket|Dennis]], his sister-in-law [[Silver Racket|Silver]], and his nephew and niece, [[Shark Racket|Shark]] and [[Lolly Racket|Lolly]]. They reside at 53 Puddlewick Road. The Rackets are a wealthy family with a background in crime, with Max being the patriarch. Max, however, doesn't initially appear to have any signs of being a criminal on the surface, but his personality reveals that he may of been a notorious [[Kleptomaniac]]. It is Max's wife Marigold who has a clear career history of having worked in the [[Criminal]] career in the Evil branch, and is said to be the true head of the crime family and not her [[coward]]ly husband.
Bill appears to be disappointed when his father chose Dennis to lead the family business, despite the fact that the two brothers are enemies with each other anyway. Thus, Bill seems to hold a grudge against Dennis, being the favorite son of his father as well. He is enemies with all of his family members, except his mother and Lolly, his niece. Bill is a romantic interest to [[Julienne Knack]], the heiress of the wealthy [[Knack family]]. Bill has [[Commitment Issues]], and his [[lifetime wish]] is to be a Gold Digger which is inspired by the trait. He seems to be only interested in marrying Julienne Knack simply for her money, and seeing her ghost so he can have all the wealth to himself.
The reason why Max chose Dennis as the leader of the family, and not Bill, might be because Bill is not evil enough to lead a family of criminals. His bad personality traits include being a [[Mooch]] and [[Inappropriate]], and he also has a thing for Kids music. Bill works as a Yes-Man in the [[Political]] career. He has terrible career performance, however, which might make him get fired soon.
