He is quite a difficult man to get along with and can be inappropriate at times. It is implied that he and his brother Dennis, as well as his parents, may have bullied his other brother, Dudley, when he was still living with the rest of the family. It's not good for the rest of the town because hes a [[Politics| Politician]]. He enjoys watching tv and mooching off of others.
