'''Billy Caspian''' is a faded artist living in [[Riverview]], the second town in ''[[The Sims 3]]''. His mentor, Hank Ferdinand, guided Billy to his artistic skills, but the story shows he disappeared. The gravestone for Hank Ferdinand in the cemetary reveals that Hank died of starvation.
