His mentor, [[Hank Ferdinand]] , guided Billy to his [[artistic]] skills, but the story shows he disappeared. The gravestone for Hank Ferdinand in the cemetary reveals that Hank died of starvation. Billy seems somewhat lost and is trying to become the artist he used to be.
