'''Billy Caspian''' is a faded artist living in [[Riverview]], the second town in ''[[The Sims 3]]'' (via [[The Sims 3 Store]]). His mentor, [[Hank Ferdinand]], guided Billy to his [[artistic]] skills, but the story shows he disappeared. The gravestone for Hank Ferdinand in the cemetery reveals that Hankhe died of starvation. Billy seems somewhat lost and is trying to become the artist that Hank used to be. He has 4 points in [[Painting (The Sims 3)|painting skill]]. He has a very muscular body, but oddly no [[Athletic Skill(skill)|athletic]] skill.
