The Board Breaker - Basic is a skill object introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures expansion pack for The Sims 3.
The Board Breaker is a secondary skill object for the Martial Arts skill, the primary one being the Sheng Hai Training Dummy. Sims can only use the Board Breaker once they reach level 2 in the skill. Sims can access these objects without buying them through the Phoenix Academy in Shang Simla.
There are several kinds of boards to break with this object, they unlock in this order:
- Foam board
- Balsa Wood board
- Oak board
- Thin Stone board
- Space Rock block
Once Sims complete the Timber Terminator challenge they will often make an uncut gem when they break Space Rock blocks. Since Rainbow Gems, Soulpeace stones, and Tiberium come up frequently, this can be very profitable.
