Bratty is a Sim buried in the Goth Family graveyard in the Goth Home. She looks exactly like Cassandra Goth. It is unknown who she really is, but it is possible that she is from Bella's side of the family, the Bachelor Family.

It could be possible that Bratty, along with Boy could be the imaginary friends of Cassandra Goth. Which could also explain why she looks exactly the same as Cassandra.
