A bulletin board is an object in The Sims 4: City Living and The Sims 4: Parenthood.

In The Sims 4: Parenthood, the bulletin board allows parents to set a curfew for their children, and allows anyone to write notes and place drawings. Sims can also place drawings from their inventory. The bulletin board has a limited amount of space and, if full, must be cleared to add more content to it.
