A campfire is available with The Sims: House Party and The Sims 2: Bon Voyage.

Sims can sit around the campfire, roast marshmallows and tell stories to others. This object can be found in the hobbies section of buy mode.

In The Sims, when a Sim tells a story to other Sims, a ghost named Green Beard the Ghost may come for a visit and scare the Sims around the campfire. There are three songs that Sims sang when sitting around the campfire, "She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain", "Michael Row the Boat Ashore" and "On Top of Old Smoky".
