Cara is the Diva, one of the few special downtownies. As the Diva, she has no nice personality points, but she has ten outgoing personality points. Sometimes, she may invite playable Sims on outings with her and her contacts, which can be beneficial to the playable Sim's career.
Her name is randomized when Downtown is generated; the name "Cara Livingston" is only referenced in the game files.
