Interest Table for Urbz

As Sims from The Sims 2 have an interest table, showing how much they are inclined to increase/decrease their relationship when talked to by that certain subject, shouldn't the sims from The Urbz get a similar treatment with their own topics, and the relationship boost? E.g: Harlan King's page says "players may find him difficult to talk to, especially considering he dislikes Jibba Jabba and will have his relationship lowered by quite a lot if you talk about the wrong subject."
