Harlan King is an Urb residing in Miniopolis. During the start of The Urbz: Sims in the City he is only mentioned but later on you find that Daddy Bigbucks had hired ninjas to kidnap him and you. He can only be talked to during the mission, and players may find him difficult to talk to, especially considering he dislikes Jibba Jabba and will have his relationship lowered by quite a lot if you talk about the wrong subject.
