Category talk:Official downloads

Would it be useful to sub-categorize this content by game? It's just an idea, it might make sorting through easier to do if someone was trying to look up information for a particular game, like trying to find what all Maxis-created content was released for Sims 1 for example. Or, since that would only really be useful if all official downloads had their own pages (which I don't think they all necessarily are noteworthy enough for that), maybe "List of official downloads for [game title]" pages could be created? Again, just ideas, I thought I'd bring them up rather than take the initiative since I don't know all the rules or style guidelines for the wiki yet. Also, my apologies if this is the wrong wiki to edit, this migration stuff is confusing and I despise Fandom too much to ever use that wiki. DoomGal (talk) 06:58, 11 April 2023 (UTC)

Speaking purely as someone who uses the wiki to do just that, having official downloads distinguished by game would make things a lot easier and more convenient.

Not to mention that other content such as lots and sims ‘’are’’ distinguished by game, it only makes sense to distinguish the downloads as well, and as time goes on and series marches forward with even more official downloads being released, the category will only continue to bloat as an amalgamation of ‘’all’’ the game’s respective downloads.
