Celebrity Status is a new feature in Late Night. Sims can attempt to achieve celebrity status, by doing things like bragging about their mixology skills, which basically means bartentending, or through playing gigs with a band. It also involves having good relationships with the rest of already existing celebrities. Celebrity NPC's are distinuished for having a gold star over their heads. If things go well with the conversation your sim could then leech off the celebrity's fame.

The downside appearswhen your sims are harrased by the Paparazzi NPC's which results on relationship drop with said sim.
