Central Park
Central Park is the main park of Sunset Valley in The Sims 3 and one of the major spots for socializing there. It is surrounded by other community lots on all sides, among them the Sunset Valley Police Department, City Hall, Sunset Valley Community School for the Gifted and Divisadero Budget Books.
