Charles Barnard is Sim who can be found with SimPE in Felicity Island, the neighborhood in The Sims Castaway Stories. It's unkown who is he really, because he has no family tree or any relationships. He has the same outfit as Hugh Bailey or Don Lothario, but in castaway style. He is probably meant to be one of the shipwreckers.
