Cheesecake is a food in The Sims 2: Open for Business. It requires at least 7 points of cooking skill to make. Unlike most real-life cheesecakes, this cake looks like a plain piece of sliced cake. Sims will often burp after eating cheesecake.
Cheesecake is special because if a pregnant Sim, male or female, eats it, it will actually increase the chance of a multiple birth. While the Prima guide for Open for Business states that eating cheesecake while pregnant increases the chance of twins, in practice, it ensures that twins will be born.[1] A mod by Twojeffs allows players to decrease the chance that eating cheesecake while pregnant will produce twins.
