Cini Rotarra is the wife of Arkady Rotarra, the mother of Melora Peterson, and the grandmother of Jessica Peterson. Not much is known about her since she is deceased before the start of The Sims 2. She appears to have died an untimely death.
She looks similar to Tobea Dane, except that she have blonde hair.
