It can be done in residential or community lot, but only contests in community lot will reward cash prize. Sims can enter the contest with multiple computers on the lot. They can choose any [[video games]], providing the first one to enter own it.
This contest is the least advertising. Sims will usually start the contest, but no other participants will join afterwards.
