It can be done in residential or community lot, but only contests in community ~~lot~~lots will reward cash prize. Sims can enter the contest with multiple computers on the lot. They can choose any [[video games]], providing the first one to enter owns it. This contest is the least advertising. Sims will usually start the contest, but no other participants will join afterwards.
