Cozy Acres is a residential lot that appears in The Sims 2 Pets for PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube and Wii. Inside, a new, altered Newbie family resides (However, the two residents are still named Bob and Betty Newbie). The house is priced at §21,000. It features a bedroom, bathroom and a living room which mixes in with the kitchen and dining room.
The house doesn't yet have a pet dish but the player can buy one, and will need to, for Buddy.
This house is a tutorial, meaning it teaches the basics of the game. Initially, upon playing the house, the player takes control of Bob Newbie, however; this is not the same Bob Newbie as seen in The Sims as his appearance is different. A popup appears, telling the player that Bob drank too much coffee and needs to urinate.
