Cozy Acres is a residential lot that appears in The Sims 2 Pets for PlayStation 2 and Wii. Inside, a new, altered Newbie family resides (However, the two residents are still named Bob and Betty Newbie). The house is priced at §21,000. It features a bedroom, bathroom and a living room which mixes in with the kitchen and dining room.

The house doesn't yet have a pet dish but the player can buy one, and will need to, for Buddy.
