Cruel

Cruel is a confirmed fatal flaw featured in The Sims Medieval. It was confirmed in The Sims Townhall event. It may be similar to the evil trait from The Sims 3.

Cruel Sims have a lot of pent-up anger and disdain towards the world, and they often feel the need to vent their rage on other Sims.
