Not much is known about her since she is deceased before the start of ''[[The Sims 2]]''. In one of the pictures of the Cleveland family it shows Cybil at her son's wedding, but Jason's memories state that she died when he was a teen. Cybil has the same exact personality of her son, and husband. She also shares her husband's Lifetime Want, and shares her son's aspiration. She is interested in Weather and Health. She dislikes Animals, Work, Travel, and Sports. Her dislike for sports is odd, due to her lifetime want is to become a Hall of Famer. Her hair was Blonde before it turned grey according to SimPE. If she is ~~ressurected~~resurrected at the start of the game, she will have wants relating to see her grandson, [[Justin Cleveland\|Justin]] become an overachiever and get an A+ on his report card, which is strange because she died long before he was born. Cybil has a strange oddity where her and her husband are resurrected, they are listed as family, due to this they cannot get married and will treat each other like blood family members. The same situation occurs with many of Belladonna Cove's ancestors.
