Cybil Cleveland (née Eltich) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She was the daughter of Milo and Suzette Eltich, the wife of Leon Cleveland, the mother of Jason Cleveland, and the grandmother of Justin Cleveland. Cybil is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Fortune aspiration, and the Scorpio zodiac sign. As far as personality, Cybil is very active, somewhat neat, and a little bit outgoing. But she is quite serious and grouchy.

According to Cybil's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 13 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Cybil uses the 17th Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the ears and mouth which use the 9th face template. The facial features are also slightly customized. Cybil's SimDNA in SimPE shows that her recessive alleles are for red hair and light blue eyes. Also her dominant skin tone range is for light skin, while her recessive skin tone range is for tanned skin. However Cybil's dominant and recessive alleles are for tanned skin.

Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, she only has Mystery Sim memories. However Cybil still has memories of giving birth to Jason, as well as him getting engaged and married, and meeting her grandson Justin. She has a strange oddity where she and her husband, if resurrected, will be listed as family. Because of this, they won't be able to get married, and will treat each other like blood relatives. The same situation occurs with many of Belladonna Cove's ancestors. This can be easily fixed in SimPE, or with the InSimenator, by adding the love flag to their relationship.

Cybil has the same personality as her husband and son. She is mostly interested in Weather and Health, and is least interested in Environment, Travel, Sports, Entertainment, Animals, and Work. Despite not being interested in Sports, Cybil's lifetime want is to become a Hall of Famer. She shares her husband's lifetime want, and her son's aspiration. In one of the pictures of the Cleveland family, it shows Cybil at her son's wedding, but Jason's memories state that she died when he was a teen. If she is resurrected at the start of the game, she will want her grandson, Justin to become an overachiever and get an A+ Report Card, which is strange because she died long before he was born.
