When a group of neighbors appear to welcome a new familly, they'll be randomly chosen playable sims from the main town, unless there is already a familly living in the downtown.
The call invinting for an [[Outing]] will be exactly the same, and will also request to visit the community lot in the downtown.
If the familly has friends in the main hood, the button to show connections when selecting the familly will be clickable, but only related downtown families will be pointed, if there's none, nothing will happend.
