Emiko Cho (née Kimisha)is the wife of Sylvian Cho, the mother of Etokas Cho, and the grandmother of Etsu Cho. Not much is known about her since she is deceased before the start of The Sims 2. According to Vivian's memories, Emika died just recently which means she probably lived with Vivian after Etokas's death and helped her raise Etsu.
