Employees may be hired for Businesses.

Hiring Employees

Employees can be hired over the phone or by interacting with them directly. Hiring over the phone gives you a choice of six Sims to hire and displays their Skills, Talent Badges, and starting salary.

Managing Employees

Assigning Tasks

After you hire employees, you can call them in by using the open/closed sign. Once they arrive on the business lot, you must assign them a task.

Breaks and Sending Employees Home

Giving your Employees a break great for when they get hungry or they have to go to the restroom and you can tell when they need a break when you see the little Green dot above they're heads turns red and if that happens they can quit or just not work untill they're mood goes back up after a nice break and if they're mood is still red then the best thing to do is send them home for the day.

Raising Wages and Promoting Employees

Raising Wagers - Changing your employees wagers is easy and is a great way to help you save money and sims with different skills or talents deman a bigger salary and you need to keep an eye on they're Salary Wagers and if they are too under paid they'll quit so I recommand that you keep them fairly paid help them stay longer.
Promoting(Community Business Only) - Promoting an Employee to Manager is great way to run a business from the safety and Comfort of your home. To Promot a Manager Click on an a Employee as three or four talents and good skills and select management/promot to manager and once promoted the new manager become selectable and you can control him and even tell him to mind the store and you only need to check up on them over the phone or computer.

Firing and Laying Off Employees

Firing - Firing an employer is great for when when that employee is not doing his or her job like day dream at the Cash Register or just not doing what you tell them to.
Laying off Employees - Laying off Employees is the same as firing, but let your Sim let them down easy and not make them hate you or for good employees that you don't need anymore.
