The Sims: Bustin' Out
Ephram is an old ghost that lives in the Haunted Shack who was driven to near madness by almost two centuries of lonely wanderings. He is looking for rest. He will give you questions, and when you've answered them all, you can get stuff in his basement. He seems to be a ghost from the Civil War.
The Urbz: Sims in the City
