Crumplebottom's Fall refers to the branch of Sapphyre13's The Sims 4 Newcrest storyline that centers around the Crumplebottom, Goth, and Bachelor families; within it is the Ceci timeline, which refers to the history of the Carter and Baker families (both of which were created by Sapphyre themself to serve as the ancestors of Cecilia Goth, the wife of Alexander Goth).

The start of Crumplebottom's Fall follows five main households:

- Crumplebottom (Simon Crumplebottom, Prudence Crumplebottom, Cornelia Crumplebottom, Agnes Crumplebottom; Sergio Crumplebottom, Jr. (a ghost), Agatha Crumplebottom)

- Goth (Victor Goth, Gretle Goth, Frida Goth, Günther Goth; Samuel Goth, Olivia Goth)

- Bachelor (Milton Bachelor, Enriqueta Bachelor (a ghost), Simis Bachelor, Jocasta Bachelor)

- Carter (Armond Carter, Vicarya Carter, Joanna Carter, Cybil Carter)

- Baker (Ronald Patrick Baker (a ghost), Judith Baker, Patterson Baker, Mary-Kay Baker, Cynthia Baker, Cecelia Baker)

Some minor households include the Pancakes, Spencer-Kim-Lewis, and Barrow families as well (the Barrows being created by Sapphyre as well).
