Dina's relationship with her sister did not suffer but both of them are no longer romantically involved with Don. When Bella Goth returned, I decided to write out Dina's romance with Mortimer so that Mortimer could reunite with his long lost wife. This left their son Alexander to replace Mortimer as Dina's love interest, even though Alexander is still a [[Teen|teenager]]. I got them [[Marriage|married]] with [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]]. It remains clear that Mortimer and Dina were once in a relationship as they have had a child together - Dylan Goth.
