Completely devestateddevastated, Elijiah somewhat cleans up the house, and the mayor doesn't condemn the house. Elijiah hears that a new, single woman has moved into town, and Elijiah decides to join the local wagon. The woman, [[Tara Kat]], falls head over heels for Elijiah, and they go on a date at The Breakfast House. Elijiah decides to propose to Tara, and she accepts. She, along with her three cats, move in, bringing money with them. This leaves the family with plenty of money, and they buy a bigger home, where they marry.
