She's a ''minor antagonist'' rather than a supporting character in the story. Nia's boyfriend broke up with Nia to date Jill Charlene. She cut her hair for a charity over the summer, so her hair is shorter than it used to be. She is quite attractive and has had many boyfriends before Ethan.

Even though she's manipulative and deceptive, she really does enjoy going to charities and likes to do volunteer work. She often is very blatant and makes fun of people who don't donate to charities, even if they don't have a lot of money. Her first name is "Jill Charlene", and Charlene is not a middle name, to distinguish her from her mother, named Jill Jacqueline, who started Jill's Hamburger Palace.
