Leila is overjoyed when she meets her niece for the first time, and is scared for Pierce when he has his heart attack. But she knows that he is rewarded when he holds [[Fanon:Contessa VanPyre|Tessa]] in his arms. She is overjoyed when her parents tell her that they are moving to Bridgeport.

Leila ages up well, and surprisingly so does Dunstan. She warms up to Dunstan as he promises to change his life and purposefully chooses the Unflirty trait to prevent him from hitting on every single girl, like he did in Sunset Valley. She doesn't yet know that he has enlisted in the military and will be leaving for [[Twinbrook]] in less than a month.
In the meantime, Leila looks for the one thing she wants and doesn't yet have: someone to love.
