Madison lost custody of Kaydence because Sebastian's sister, [[Fanon:Savannah Plumb|Savannah]], advised him to take her to court. In court documents Madison accused Savannah of having too much influence in Sebastian's life, and Sebastian accused Madison of being an unfit mother - which had some foundation as Kaydencephotographs wasof Kaydence leftreading in nightclubs at night while Madison performed emerged in the press. Savannah, it must be said, disliked Madison from the beginning. She had a little bit of snobbery going on, as she felt Madison wasn't 'good enough' for her brother. Savannah was all too glad to assist Sebastian in getting custody.
