Madison Avenue is a pop superstar and Vocal Legend. Her self-titled debut album reached number one on the pop charts and her worldwide tour was sold out. However, lately her love life is grabbing bigger headlines these days.

Early years[edit | edit source]

Born Madison Brooke Westley in Starlight Shores to Michele Marie Guyton, a sixteen year old girl, and Mitchell Dean Westley, a much older, married man, she exhibited talent and star quality at an early age, qualities her mother did her best to foster. Her father was not in her life, and her mother primarily raised Madison alone. Michele Guyton was determined to make Madison a star, and she did everything in her power to that end, enrolling her in Le Fromage Art School and entering her in numerous beauty pageants.  She is of Jamaican heritage.

Teen years and career breakthrough[edit | edit source]

Little is known about Madison's teen years, except that she continued her studies at Le Fromage and was getting gigs around town. Her mother, Michele, became her manager, and remains that to this day. She was finally discovered by an agent working in Starlight Shores. Things happened quickly after that as she signed a recording contract and started working on her self-titled debut album, which eventually hit #1 on the charts.  She adopted the stage name 'Madison Avenue' after the famous New York locale.

After her album released, she went on a whirlwind world tour. On this world tour included a stop in Hidden SpringsRenauld Vanderburg had arranged the concert on behalf of his twin daughters, Alexandra and Anastasia, who were huge fans.  The girls sneaked backstage to see her.

Love life[edit | edit source]

A one-night stand with her friend Girbits Worthington resulted in a daughter, Gabrielle, who resembled him in facial structure. Madison disowned the child leaving Girbits to raise her alone. Later, Madison met actor and musician Sebastian Plumb while on vacation with her mother in Hidden Springs. It didn't take long for the two to start dating, and the handsome, talented musical couple became the talk of the tabloids. For Michele Guyton, it was the break she'd been waiting for, as her daughter was now dating a Plumb family scion. However, the relationship was a tumultuous one. The pair argued constantly, but the passion was undeniable. But as the relationship progressed, Madison's career skyrocketed, while Sebastian's plateaued. This caused tension in the relationship as her success began to overtake his.

Rumors are currently circulating that Madison is dating an actor not much older than her daughter.

Kaydence[edit | edit source]

Madison's relationship with Sebastian Plumb led to the birth of their daughter, Kaydence. She and Sebastian wanted a musical name for their daughter, and she chose a variation of the musical word-name Cadence. She also chose the middle name of 'Michele' to honor her mother and manager, Michele Guyton.

"As soon as she came out with that dark tuft of hair," Madison told a friend, referring to Kaydence, "I knew Sebastian was the father."

Madison and Kaydence have an interesting relationship. At first Madison tried to make Kaydence into a miniature version of herself, dressing her up in revealing clothes and putting a lot of makeup on her. But as Kaydence got older, her nativity as a Plumb became clearer. Kaydence's intelligence shocked Madison, who told one magazine, "It's like living with a miniature professor." Madison was flummoxed when Kaydence refused her expensive custom-made dollhouses and instead preferred to read, and insisted on bringing books with her on trips instead of dolls and teddy bears. Kaydence didn't watch cartoons like other children - instead she watched the History Channel. At the age of eight, Kaydence asked for a chess table and a chemistry set. Madison refused both requests, wondering why a pop star's daughter would want those things.

Kaydence loves her mother but is embarrassed by her behavior. Madison hasn't been a significant part of Kaydence's life since Sebastian won custody of her.

Madison lost custody of Kaydence because Sebastian's sister, Savannah, advised him to take her to court. In court documents Madison accused Savannah of having too much influence in Sebastian's life, and Sebastian accused Madison of being an unfit mother - which had some foundation as photographs of Kaydence reading in nightclubs at night while Madison performed emerged in the press. Savannah, it must be said, disliked Madison from the beginning. She felt Madison wasn't 'good enough' for her brother. Savannah was all too glad to assist Sebastian in getting custody.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Madison's name, appearance, and personality were loosely based on the Barbie 'My Scene' series Madison character.  Her surname, Westley, is from the Irish and UK forms of the original character's first name.
  • She was my tester sim for the Showtime expansion pack.
  • Her daughter's name, Kaydence, is a variant of the musical word-name Cadence.
  • Madison's mother, Michele Guyton, is also her manager, and has been since she broke into show business. Their relationship is more like sisters than mother and daughter.
