Don't be fooled by their pleasant appearance; almost every family in New Arlestown hosts an abundance of secrets and mysteries. Will you be able to help these sims uncover the truth, solve family crisis' and create peace within this town? Or will you instead entertain the carnage and watch the town turn on eachother and fall. Almost anything can happen in New Arlestown.

New Arlestown is the first custom neighbourhood created by Cutupuss, published on Mod The Sims. (Excluding neighbourhoods that were rejected or later removed)

It is available to download here and requires NO Custom Content.

However, the packs it does require are: The Sims 2: University, The Sims 2: Nightlife, The Sims 2: Pets, The Sims 2: Seasons, The Sims 2: FreeTime and The Sims 2: Mansion & Garden Stuff.

There are nine pre-made families already living in the neighborhood, and two more in the family bin. Each family in the neighbourhood has ancestors, memories, biographies and (semi) scripted events that aim to emulate a Maxis style neighbourhood experience.

New Arlestown has several distinct districts that differ from one enough, there is a country/farm style area, wealthy upperclass area, a beachside area and in the middle is a city centre.
