Oak Town is a custom world from The Sims 4. It is the first neighborhood of Custom Land and a grassland/town-themed based on the fictional towns such as, Anville from The Cat in the Hat and Quahog from Family Guy.

Oak Town is mixed between Eastern and Central area with different weathers.
