Ruth Spencer (née Lazar) is a fanon sim created by Boom98765.

The only daughter of Anthony Lazar and Tiffany Lazar, the mother of Alexander Spencer and the grandmother of Frantiček Spencer and Belinda Spencer.

She died in adulthood and later was resurrected by Sara von Heiderstein for her private reason.
