Milton and Regina have been married for 22 years. Milton is currently 46 years old and his wife being 42. They have five kids: Thornton, Norma, Roxanne, Geoffrey, and Lotta. They all are somewhat different from each other, but try to get along. Milton was forced to quit his job as a Corporate Drone when Thornton Wolff was sworn into to the business. He isn't enemies with Thornton. He actually named his son after Thornton Wolff! Now, Milton lives in Rivers Manor in Sunset Valley, which was built by Milton and Regina themselves! The home is a 15 x 30 home with three stories. The family isn't poor, but have less than two thousand simoleons. Nobody knows how they can fit five kids in their house plus themselves, even though their home is three stories. The family is the one with most kids. One kid more than the Bunch family. Rivers Manor[edit | edit source]
Rivers Manor is an old Craftsman home from the 1860s and early 1870s. Its three-story form includes four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The home is liked mainly for its big kitchen. The kitchen has many wood counters and cabinets. Luck for you, it has TWO stoves!! The living room isn't as big as the kitchen, but it's a descent size. Will the next family see the potential and style in this home or will they feel the need to renovate?
