Sims listening to their favorite genre of music will get a mood boost.

This was fixed in game update 1.8/2.3 on 12/15/09. ASubsequent similarexpansion glitchor wasstuff noticedpacks with ''The Sims 3: Ambitions'' changing a Sim's favorite music to "Roots", and ''The Sims 3: Fast Lane Stuff'' changing a Sim's favorite music to "Rockabilly". Similarly, installing Sims 3: Pets changes a Sim's favorite music to "Country" if the Sim's favorite music was Custom Music. This problem iswill also inherited with The Sims 3: Supernatural, as its installation would change a Sim's favorite music tofrom "Dark WaveCustom" ifto the Sim's favorite music was Customanything Musicelse.</blockquote>
