If ''[[Ambitions]]'' is installed, Sims are able to be in the [[Firefighter]] profession, allowing them to work at the fire station and respond to house fires or building disasters. Sims not in the profession can regularly visit the fire department, but will not have access to the [[The Woo Woo 4000\|fire engine]] or fire alarms. Sometimes when the player ~~have~~has the challenge to clean up the house when they join the game, there's a chance that a firefighter will come to the house, and then he/she will ask if the ~~sim~~Sim wants him/her to help him/her clean the house. If yes, the firefighter will clean the house instead of the ~~sim~~Sim, but the ~~sim~~Sim still can still clean it up along with the firefighter.
