Food: Difference between revisions

Food in ''The Sims 3'' can be moved out of the fridge by clicking on it and clicking "open". Unlike ''The Sims 2'', foods can be chosen when bought from a grocery store. Food can be made into meals by Sims that have enough cooking skill. As in ''The Sims'' and ''The Sims 2'', Sims can burn food and start fires. There are also "quick meals" which are filling and instant, but don't give a Sim any mood benefit, such as the Good Meal moodlet. As in ''The Sims 2'', children can use the [[Rip Co. Little Baker Oven|toy oven]] to make muffins and other sweets. These were later broken down into vanilla, chocolate, and other goods for the bake sales in ''The Sims 3 Ambitions''. In ''The Sims 3: World Adventure'', [[dried food]] of varying quality can be purchased, which allow Sims to carry on trips and eat it on the spot. Food can also be attain from various dining establishments ([[dinner]], [[bistro]] or a [[restaurant]], the takeout trucks ([[food truck]] and [[Ice cream truck]]), lots ([[park]]s, [[base camp]], [[festival ground]], [[resort]]s, [[cafeteria]]) and specialized objects ( from food [[cash register|register]], [[Fortune Factory Fortune Cookie Maker|cookie maker]], professional [[bars]]).
