I have a toddler which is identified by the game as a baby so i can't do anything with it and it can't grow up. I tried the cheat code testingcheatsenabled but i can't make it grow up and i can't delete it either.It;s becoming a bit annoying, so i was wondering if there is a way to permanently delete it or make it die before the social worker comes and takes all the other kids as well.

The only way I'd see is to age it down to a baby. If that doesn't work, try taking a random Sim (Adult or older), move it into the household, then evict it with the defective baby/toddler. Move the new household into a new house. If the baby is still glitchy, then it's probably best to delete it. Ѧüя◎ґ 17:37, July 20, 2011 (UTC)
