Can I take out the disk after I started the sims 3 because while I was playing, about to quit the sims 3 I noticed my disk tray was not in the computer but was still playing so I left it out and quit. Please answer

Well... No. You shouldn't take the disc out during play, as long as the game saved I guess your O.K. just try to avoid this in the future.
