My daughter has been playing SimsFreePlay on her Kindle Fire for the past couple of months. Today she accidentally deleted the icon from her apps list, though the game still showed in the cloud. She couldn't play at all without re-downloading and now it looks like all of her data is gone. She is distraught and we are confused -- the game said it saved every time she quit playing and she always played through the cloud (not just on the local machine).

We noticed a message that said data is only saved if you uploaded your data from another device. No idea what this means.

Another message implies that the only way to ensure saved data is to play through your Facebook account. She says there was no message within the game to alert this if true -- is it?

Any light someone can shed on whether her data is recoverable would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
